Results are delivered within 10–14 business days after the sample reaches the laboratory. We will notify you by email as soon as results are ready.
After ordering, we send you a sampling kit with clear instructions. You take the sample yourself from your tap/well and we provide free return shipping. The sample must reach the laboratory within 24 hours.
The simplified package covers most everyday use cases. If the Health Board or your local municipality requires a full analysis per Social Minister regulation No. 61, we recommend the complete well water package.
